It is an age-old technique which was observed by our ancestors for mental, physical, and emotional well being. So much research and inferences have been made available to the public about various sound frequencies, and it impacts on the human mind. It is all a part of mediation.

Anything that helps us center our thoughts and harness the power of our minds is meditation. Theta waves, music, symphonies, anything and everything that helps us in becoming focussed is like meditation.

The focus right now is directed entirely towards advancement, but an equal emphasis should be focused on getting back to our roots too.
